In 2023, I was at the peak of conventional success: Chief of Staff to the CEO of a PE-backed global dermatology company, an INSEAD MBA, a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum. On paper, I had arrived. Inside, I was operating on fumes.

I walked away from the traditional ladder not to abandon leadership — but to answer a question I couldn’t stop asking:

Does external success have to come at the expense of internal alignment?

I refused to accept that it did. I refused to believe that succeeding at the highest level required being depleted underneath it.

The hard truth I kept circling back to: an organization, a strategy, a multi-million dollar business cannot outgrow the nervous system capacity of the leader running it. When outer milestones outpace inner alignment, leaders burn out, over-function, or play smaller than their true potential.

What I built in the years that followed is the answer to that problem — not as theory, but as lived, embodied methodology.

I grew up in the boardroom.

At 23, I was sitting beside the COO of a Novartis division generating $1.2 billion in revenue as his project assistant — absorbing how power moved, how decisions landed, how presence was read before a word was spoken. What followed was thirteen years at the highest levels of institutional power: consulting pitches to senior pharma clients, over three years as a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum, and Chief of Staff to the CEO of a PE-backed global company, where I built every board presentation, led governance meetings, and was the strategic conduit between the CEO and his leadership team.

I didn’t study executive presence. It got into my bones.

Then I went deep in the other direction — into somatic intelligence, identity transformation, nervous system regulation, energy work, integrative nutrition, and mindfulness. Credentials that might look like a departure from corporate life, but were in fact its missing half.

Today I bring both to the same table.

And the specific combination — formed in those specific rooms, paired with this depth of inner work, shaped by a multicultural upbringing — does not exist anywhere else.

What I do:

I work with founders, C-suite and board-level executives, and high-performing visionaries who have mastered external execution but feel the gap between what they’ve built and who they are inside of it.
